the waveform rising.

FPREshoot

Defined as (Vmax-Vhig)/Vamp before

the waveform falling.

FREQ

Measures the frequency of the waveform.

Measures the period of the waveform.

Rise Time

Rise Time Measures the time between 10%

and 90% of the first rising edge of the

Fall Time
